An okay stay with issues

The hotel staff was helpful. That's about it.
The air conditioning was NOT working and the room became hot. Very annoying! The hotel claimed it was turned off because rooms were getting too cold, WHAT. The only way to switch the heating off was to leave the patio door open all night. it was NOT the best situation for security.

The staff WAS so helpful! the location was great. It was a short walk to both the town and beaches. the breakfast offered MANY fresh options. i found parking very easy.

Really good Stay Experience

Breakfast provided a great selection with options for freshly cooked omelettes. The pool area was superb and did not feel overcrowded at all. The hotel location offered convenient access to restaurants and a nearby beach suitable for morning swims. The staff members were friendly.
I found the room cleaning was somewhat infrequent . There was one day when the room was cleaned in the afternoon, and then a maid knocked to clean the room at 9 am on the day of checkout before I had departed.

The hotel features a beautiful pool area that included sufficient loungers and day beds for guests. Every area presented extreme cleanliness and tasteful decor. Free parking is available on the premises for added convenience.

Our suite had lots of space and a big patio; the beds were quite large and comfortable. Each room includes a steamer for clothing and a capsule coffee machine. Kapsules for the coffee machine were refilled daily.
Service

The hotel service was excellent; all staff members were brilliant. I observed that the reception staff helped arrange flowers and champagne for a surprise occasion. The entire team seemed well-organized, and they were consistently willing to help guests.
